FRIED SAMBAL NOODLE

Fried Sambal Noodle is the most popular dish in Malaysia. The most common type of noodle used for this dish is fresh yellow noodles and stir-fried in a crispy chili sambal. Amazing texture and over-the-top flavor.

INGREDIENT

3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
250g Seafood
1 Cups of Fresh Bean Sprouts
150g Dried Egg Noodles or Hokkien Noodles
1-2 Beaten Eggs
Spring Onion
2 tbsp Makbest Crispy Chilli

Tips

Additional. Minced chicken, lamb or beef may be used instead of seafood. Dried rice noodles may be used instead of egg noodles or Hokkien noodles.

COOKING STEP

1. Heat oil in non-stick wok or pan on medium-high heat, add seafood and bean sprouts, stir fry for 2 minutes

2. Add noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

3. Add eggs and Makbest Crispy Chilli and stir-fry for another minute. 

4. Lastly spring onions are great to use as garnish for fried sambal noodle.
