Mini Spring Roll is the perfect snack for Chinese Lunar New Year. Filed with chicken floss, crispy chilli and deep fried.
These mini spring rolls are crispy and so addictive. Once you start eating, you just can't stop. It's great to gather family members around the table to make this festive munchie.

INGREDIENT
180g Makbest Crispy Prawn Chilli
12pcs Seaweed
30pcs Spring Roll Pastry
200g Chicken Floss
1pcs Egg White
Cooking Oil
Tips
Air-tight it. This is an easy to make and they are delicious when they are freshly made. They can be kept in an air-tight container for up to two weeks. Do not keep them for too long as it will lose the crispiness, and the taste will not be as refreshing.
COOKING STEP
1. Mix chicken floss with Makbest Crispy Prawn Chilli.
2. Cut Spring Roll into 9 pieces and seaweed into 12pcs.
3. Put a layer of seaweed on top spring roll, add in Makbest Crispy Prawn Chilli.
4. Roll it and wrap it. Use egg white to seal the spring roll.
5. Fry until golden brown.
